Fees
How audit fees are set
We quote a fixed fee after scoping. The ranges below are guidance only — inventory locations, group structure, and first-year work change the hours.
| Engagement | Indicative range (TWD) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Statutory financial audit — single entity | From 180,000 | Assumes one location, orderly books, recurring engagement |
| Statutory financial audit — group / multi-site | From 320,000 | Extra for each material warehouse or branch count |
| Internal control review (per cycle) | 60,000 – 140,000 | Cash, purchasing, payroll, or inventory |
| Agreed-upon procedures | Quote by procedure list | Usually billed on a fixed fee once procedures are locked |
| First-year transition add-on | 40,000 – 120,000 | Depends on prior-file access and opening-balance complexity |
What moves the quote
Readiness of the books
Unreconciled bank accounts, missing stock sheets, or late related-party listings add days of fieldwork and usually a revised fee before we continue.
Locations and counts
Each additional inventory site requiring observation is priced separately, including travel within Taiwan.
Specialists
Complex fair-value estimates or unusual revenue contracts may require specialist review time, disclosed in the letter.
Reporting language
Dual-language opinions or board packs in both Mandarin and English are scoped as an add-on when requested.
